Loved it. The location is convenient, and the staff is loyal! An electric kettle, refrigerator and kitchenware were nice. Besides, parking is on-site.

Special note of thanks to cook. Every place we wanted to visit including dunedin botanic garden was just a walk down to this hotel. One could dine at restaurants such as Beam me up Bagels 5 minutes away. Room suited the needs;)))

Staff were absolutely loyal. Right next to dunedin botanic garden and other sightseeing areas.
There was no lift.
